The 2K or ‘two-shot’ injection moulding process opens a world of possibilities for both component performance and cost reduction. 2K injection moulding allows us up combine multiple polymers in a single process, creating individual parts that perform multiple functions. It is perfect for combining hard and soft plastics and is also ideal for combining two colours of plastic into a single mould.
Our ever-expanding and evolving overmoulding capabilities, combined with our expertise in product design simulations, weight saving material ideas and use of recyclable materials, allows us to be innovative in the market, and produce a wide range of highly technical components for many industries. With new overmoulding machines across our facilities in Europe and Africa we add a sought after value added process to our extrusion and injection moulding capabilities.
